What are rebates?
A ticket rebate is an amount you add to the ticket service fee. Prekindle remits this amount to you in addition to the ticket face value. You can customize this amount for every ticket type you create, and earn more money on every ticket sold.
Who pays the service fees?
Typically 100% of the service fees are paid by your ticket buyers as an amount added on top of your ticket price. If you prefer to bundle the fees within your ticket price and have your customers pay a flat price, we provide that option as well.
